Charles Nwodo Jnr is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has a background in engineering and stock broking as well as Investment and Commercial Banking. He is an Alumnus of the University of Nigeria, an accomplished engineer, a chartered stock broker and a banker. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts, USA. Mr. Nwodo Jnr, the pioneer Chief Investment Officer of Standard Trust Bank (now UBA Plc) left the bank as the Executive Director, Corporate Services to float XL Management Services Limited. At STB, he was responsible for setting up and managing the Bank's treasury function, and developing and co-coordinating the Bank's hugely successful public sector banking initiative. Some of his last assignments in STB (now UBA Plc) include the aggressive branch expansion exercise, the direct supervision of the Bank’ rebranding and corporate transformation project and co- ordination of the Bank's Initial Public Offer in 2004. Mr. Nwodo Jnr is widely traveled and enjoys reading, football and extreme sports. He is a Christian and associated with several religious bodies and philanthropic organizations. He is married with two children.

Prior to joining XL Management Services Limited, she was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Anatrade Limited after having served as Legal Adviser/Program Officer and Counsel at BAOBAB for Women's Human Rights, a non governmental organization and Obioha Jude Idigbe & Co respectively. She gained corporate experience in the non governmental sector and in law practice where she served as legal adviser and Head, Solicitors desk where she worked on corporate litigation, corporate counseling and internal investigation with particular emphasis on compliance. She is on the board of Legal Resources and Gender Development Centre; (a non governmental organization), serves on numerous committees of civic and civil organizations, and holds membership with the International Bar Association, the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Association of Criminal Justice Practitioners, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigerian Chapter. Ms Ekekwe received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Imo State University Okigwe (now known as Abia State University Uturu), she has been called to the Nigerian Bar over a decade, and holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Lagos. She is an alumnus of the prestigious International Human Rights Training Program of CHRF at John Abbot College, Quebec - Canada. She has written several unpublished articles on women’s human rights issues.

Henry Senyo Atiase is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, Ghana with a BSc. in Architecture and a post graduate diploma in Architecture. Prior to joining XL Ghana, Henry had an extensive career in the public and private sector as a seasoned architect. His experience cuts across all key areas of Architectural Designs, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Facilities Management, Administration and Management with very strong emphasis on Consultancy Services. Upon joining XL, he started as the divisional head, projects and Facility Management where he handled over twenty-five projects, until his appointment as the Managing Director, XL Ghana Team. Henry is an associate member of the Ghana Institute of Architects-[AGIA]. He is happily married with two children. .
